CERAMICA SAN GINÉS DECORATES WITH TILES THE BRAND NEW RESTAURANT OF JOSE ANDRES IN MIAMI
In the evening of November 17th held the Grand opening party of Hotel SLS Brickell, a brand new 54-story building located in the social and financial heart of the city of Miami.
The hotel has a restaurant, Bazaar Mar by José Andres which has been designed by designer Philippe Starck and which stands out for the use of artistic tiling on all its walls, tiling that has been manufactured by the Spanish company Ceramica Artistica San Ginés from Talavera de la Reina.
The work consists on 6.660 hand-painted tiles and shows various scenes alluding to the most recurrent topics of Latin American culture through characters in marked tattoo guise which are integrated into recognizable landscapes within the spanish decorative tradition.
Ceramisc artist and owner Monica Garcia del Pino attended to this event heading a small delegation of the company, receiving a large number of greetings and admiration expressions from complex developing companies and attendants to the event.
Ceramic San Gines wants to thank the developing companies the trust placed for this work and by extension in the traditional handpainted ceramic art that returns to demonstrate its fit in state of the art architectural projects.
